The top questions I get asked revolve around food, and healthy meal prep/planning is typically a struggle for a lot of people. I wish for healthy food intake to be a part of everyone’s lifestyle because we can truly do so much damage to our bodies by subsisting off of junk, and I’m making it my mission to change this reality for everyone I know and love! So, I wanted to share a recipe round up of some of my favorite healthy lunches that you can bring to work, double and share with your family, and/or meal prep for the whole week!
Before we get started, I just want to say that my very favorite app will probably always be Pinterest because it’s pretty, enticing, delicious, and a HUGE source of inspiration for me — literally for everything in life! If you are into food of all kinds and you also love Pinterest, follow me! I spend a lot of time there and have found some really REALLY rockin’ recipes.
My main sources of healthy recipes come from:

- Fixate (a cooking channel and cookbook series for the portion control nutrition plan I follow! More about this later…)
- Weekly meal plans we share in our online fitness group
I’ve been eating more plant-based lately and consuming a lot less meat, so I’ve broken this list into sections for meaty meals and another for those that are vegetarian. I’ve made every one of these probably several times over so I know they’re good!
The majority of my grocery cart is typically dedicated to all the produce I buy! So obviously, a large chunk of the bill goes to the fresh stuff.
